A lovely little early morning stress-buster session. Maxed out with my big kit. Could probably got away with my 5.7m and big wave board but as it was always only going to be a quick blst decided that well powered up to overpowered was better than just about powered.
The Sputnik is a rocket ship! Although the top speed wasn't actually that fast in the choppy conditions it certainly felt it and a few times I just bottled out and had to stamp hard on my heels and head upwind to kill some speed.
I basically just blasted around on the edge of control for a while with a couple of trips down to Borth for good measure and of course the odd big jump.
